Should you raise the river there? What worse hands will Mike call with?

Has he played it like a set? No! Would he call with a set? Probably not! Where is the value in raising? You don't get ANY better hands to fold, you only ever get a call from 9X or Q9!!!!!

Every street is played horribly and the analysis is; quote "Rigged and fixed". Is this outcome really the fault of a dodgy algorithm?
