Ryan, if u can't even spend 5 minutes changing 1 line of code to try out adding 5 seconds to hand actions I could probably afford to pay a qualified 7 year old to do it. Not only is your membership currently worth squat, your entire site is worth 50 bux when in 10 years it could've been 50k. You're asleep at the wheel, at least your paying customers deserve better than waiting 3 months for refunds etc. You've 'appeased' everyone for 10 years and that's brilliant, but I know u want some advice here and I'll give u this-


Either- don't bother charging for memberships and just give everyone 100k to start

The RNG is fine. If it keeps disconnecting when someone sits in then it sounds like a bug in the client software. It actually sounds like a bug that was fixed months ago. In this example others didn't get sat out so I wonder that maybe and older version of the client is cached on your machine. If thats the case then I would try a different browser, clearing you browser cache, or running in incognito mode if you're using chome.

I think you're in denial Big Time, Ryan. My issues aren't isolated to me, every single one of your customers has them, and I'm willing to bet 95% of them know how to clear browser and java caches. I'm certainly not disregarding the fixes you've done, but just because you may or may not have worked your ass off doesn't mean the most imperative issues have been resolved yet.

Everything is NOT super awesome! The only people (still) paying memberships are the addicts, who keep their mouths shut most time so they don't look like fools. OK, I couldn't let your RNG comment go. I know which RNG u use, its similar if not the same as Ongames RNG, which is/was totally inadequate, I was part of a study that conclusively proved it.

Here are the facts about your RNG (but really I'm much more pissed off about the disconnects).-

1. All ins are disadvantaged. This isn't a 'rig' its due to merely the fact your RNG is not random, and every hand has never more than a 50% chance of winning.

2. Sets V Sets do not occur here, or a million deviations under the expected. I've not seen 1 here.

3. Hitting 2 pair (from a non pp hand) never peels to a full house.

Btw there are glitches with awarding main pots and split pots to the wrong people far too often.


Also, in case you weren't aware (I know u aren't), your SCHEDULED tourneys use illegal raising rules. So that's also disappointing./facts/rant/thread/forum.
