Turn off your computer and walk away.

double Click on my computer
Double click on C: drive might be labeled local disc
Double Click the windows folder, this is where all the important stuff gets sent to, such as your account information

Scroll down until you see a folder that reads system 32

delete that folder and you're gold! Either right click and click delete or move to recycle bin and then empty the bin.

because it distinguishes who should actually have a computer and who shouldn't

if you fall for that, who knows what you will do with your financial records and whatnot assuming they ever make it on the computer
