Ok, so i am little confused about the multiple accounts. Is it wrong?

I'll admit i have two accounts that i play thrughout the month, i know a number of players that do. The second part of my question is it wrong to transfer chips between my own accounts? I've read the forum and just want to get some feedback on this.
