I tried today to refill after being put out. It said I had to wait 10min since I had just gotten 1500. I waited the 10min and then tried to refill but got the same message, to wait 10min before I could refill. This happened again after I waited another 10min. Is this a constant glitch in the system? Is there a tech support for this site?
