Ithink that it gets quiet annoying when people talk in the chat to distract you or to just annoy you. i think that it is ver suitable, that you can only talk in the chat when player GPOKR. which means that if you are not sitting on that table you cannot talk. this would be a great idea because i get quiet annoyed about that.. so do many people out there..
