please tell me why I would raise and then sit out?

The player who went all in had a negative 200 as his balance and he lagged till the end and then I was shown away.

thanks. It's really a letdown when you have a good hand and you have to fold because of negative balances, WHICH LAG OUT EVERY TIME!!!!!
