Greetings Ryan,

so.. it keeps happening that when I go all in, my screen says all in, my chip amount that is above my name and on the side is all used up, but others say i still have 50 or 200 left. The problem being that I've lost all of my chips by way of lagging out when I can't call the last little bit because it says I am all in.

If there is anyway i could receive a 20k refund that would be terrific. That amount is far less then I have lost, even in one (the largest) such incident. Thanks!
