I think you may be referring to the fact the dealer doesn't change positions properly as peeps come and go, forcing the blind to be paid over and over again by the same person in some cases -- that's an issue as old as GPokr itself. The problem I'm complaining about is new - the *dealer* shouldn't pay *anything* into the blind...
