I understand you have tried to make some changes in order to cut down on the people who continue to cheat. However, there are still those same original LOSERS who continue to find a way around it. i.e. chuna, deer (aka, wanting you, deer1, etc) mark07, pebble, rags2riches, newer ones Ben_22, and others.
PLEASE just get rid of them for good; block their IP, cancel their accounts do whatever you have to in order to get rid of the slime.
