hey i went all in and 2 people called i had k 3 and the flop and turn came and i had full house 3 3s and 2 kings but then it froze and had 2 refresh then when i came back on i wasnt sitting at the table and didnt win anything even tho theres no way i couldve lost i dont understand i only refreshed didnt get it of and didnt win anything plse help
