Ryan...Not getting conformation

A friend and player of mine "gunner steele" is not getting the conformation to confirm email.I myself went to his house to see why and what hes talking about.He can play but is unable to chat,I even tried to make this post under his name and it wouldnt let us because email isnt confirmmed.He said hes been trying for like 2 weeks now and Not getting it.He really would like to be able to chat.PLEASE help this player.
