PLEASE LOOK UNDER MY STATS I JUST WON THE 2500 NIGHTLY GOT MY CHIPS WITCH PUT ME AT OVER 118K AND GOT IN THE MEMEBERS TOURNEY THEN REFRESHED AND ALL MY CHIPS BUT 38,708 WAS GONE.SO THEY JUST VANISHED FROM MY ACC.AND I HAVEN'T EVEN PLAYED WITH THEM SENCE I GOT THEM SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS THANK YOU PATTIE CAKES

This has happened to me and I as a paying member as well as pc is have not have the winnings returned. Why should we pay to play when we cant keep our winnings. Please get this problem fixed. May I add I have reported this problem to a mod and emailed Ryan myself and still nothing.
