Good afternoon GPokr. For those of you that don't know me, I am a long time KDice player and current moderator for that site. I generally avoid moderating the GPokr and XSketch sites unless someone comes to me with an issue when none of the GPokr mods are around.

My reason for posting today is to try and get everyone on the same page with regards to illegalities on these sites. Recently there have been a few bannings on the KDice website for use of profanity. I fail to see the rules set forth by Ryan say anything about cursing or profanity being illegal, unless you consider profanity "hate language". I personally define hate language as a term or set of terms used to belittle a person or group of people based on their social or ethnic group.

Terms such as "nigger", "faggot" and "spick" come to mind when I think of hate language.

Terms such as "fuck you", "suck my dick" or "you're a little bitch" are examples of profanity.

I have personally heard Ryan use profanity on MANY occasions both in chat and in posts.

This begs the question, why ban people for using profanity?

I'd like your thoughts.
