I can't no more enter to any table, even the lowest ones.
I had low chips (3-4k), then joined a tournament, won there 3000 (for 6th place), then in a regular table went all-in and lost. The GPoker didn't let me use my 3K won on the tournament. Now I have the 3K of the tournament, but seem not enough to enter any table, and sign-off/sign-on again don't help.. help!!! |

Refills can be seen from value of Hand Avg though. It is possible to play whole month with "0 refills" if you want. :) |

I've actually been in and out of (and won money that I can use in) other tournaments since then, but the 17k or so that I won on a tournament about twelve hours ago is unaccessible.
So now I'm in the same spot whisper was, only permanently, apparently. My account shows that 17k but whenever I try to join a table with a low enough buy-in the client insists I don't have enough money. It's as if that money were locked up at a table that I was sitting at, only I'm not. |

at 1:25 PM, Monday October 26, 2009 EDT Yeah. this is getting to be annoying. Just spent 15 minutes trying to get an advisor's input and being entirely ignored. So i hope this thread gets checked again by someone with the ability and willingness to undue the damage of this bug.
