twice this week when the free roll info appears 30 minutes before the tourney it says that I am already joined. However, I had not yet joined and then Refreshing did not change it. When the normal time to propt us to go to our table comes, the prompt does not appear. I then go and look at the list and my name is not there nor am I seated at any table.
I came in 3rd last night and have won it twice in the last ten days. I know that there should be absolutely no reason that I could be banned. Can anyone help me? |

at 11:20 PM, Tuesday December 22, 2009 EST Hi- That's a glitch that many ppl here have had at least once. It says you're joined but you can't play. It usually lasts about 2 or 3 days. If it lasts longer, email me and I'll have Ryan take care of it. [email protected]

at 11:41 PM, Tuesday December 22, 2009 EST When I get this "bug",which doesn't just happen 1 time but often happens 2-3 Tourneys in a row,I Log out close my browser and when I reopen everything I log in under a diff account.Sometimes I have to do this several times (back and forth with diff accounts)each time closing my Browser.Eventually it does appear.
Keep in mind when you are logged out and then reopen the Browser it does not show the Join Tourney button,only when you log in that the JOIN button appears.So when you do finally get it to turn BLUE make sure your under the right account before you click on Join. It can be a pain in the ass and also we shouldnt have to go through this to get in a Tourney but it works for me. |
