Please Fix my Membership

In August 2009 I paid $30 for annual membership again. (Paypal Transaction ID #650351655B343215W) For the last 2 months at least I haven't had membership. At the time I was overcharged $10 as well ($40 total).
Please fix my membership status. |

at 3:07 PM, Thursday January 7, 2010 EST I did not cancel my membership. And only the $10 overcharge was refunded to me. I still paid $30. Read it again, I was OVERCHARGED. Not cancel. I recieved a refund only for the $10 overcharge, not my $30 annual membership. At this point I don't even want membership. I have wasted a a lot of time trying to DONATE to this site.
