As for the other player, refills do not determine how much time a person has to create a new account. That can be done at any time while playing in another window! |

at 3:47 PM, Friday July 20, 2012 EDT They do say that the one of such actions seems to be some computer whiz, but all it takes is to have a few windows open in Safari, Explorer, and Firefox side by side to do so, the only weird part that all IP's seem to be different with the accounts he or she creates, but I will look that up for you how that is possible.

I saw him run with all the accounts he created while you were playing after you told him that you figured out that he is the one creating all those name offensive accounts using your name and your av with the extra offensive word added. Running clearly shows he felt guilty of it and did not want to get caught by the mods.
