is a real shit, they pick chips and no refund, no answer, no excuses, i will stop to pay for this shitting membership.

this month 3 time on members tourney anf 2 time on friday five, total chips picked 41110. SSSShhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttttttttt.

lol, it is fake money we lost. We probably get it refunded after ryan is back from vacation. But even if not, this is just a game. I play for fun, not for medals. So I see no reason at the moment not to renew my membership.

Maybe one suggestion; change the members afternoon to a members freeroll. Then nobody wil complain about refunds any more ;)

Maybe so wimm, but as one member put it we pay to get 25k with real money, then have that taken away from us when these tourneys dont start and we dont get refunds. Which is a valid point. What are we paying for a loan?

It has been reported. Ryan has been trying to find out where some of the other glitches are stemming from as well. To those that are members, these tournies arent the only benefit to being a member. Its no different than to non-members when tournies dont work. Just bepatient please. If mods had the ability to fix these sort of things, we would. If you want to leave, not renew. Thats your choice. Weve had glitches for years. So calm down.

Annat, thank you for your non support to the members of this site. I for one understand their anxiety for losing chips and lack of members tourny's. If the chips were paid back we wouldnt be so annoyed because as you say there has been glitches for years. But what you need to remember is its these members who pay the fee money that helps keep this site running. so telling us to stay calm is not the wisest thing to say.
