WITHOUT PREJUDICE

I have watched for almost a month now the accusations made in your silly little vendetta brought about because you cheated, not just once for 3K as you try to portray in your rantings but many times, over many months which was complained about on many occasions by your fellow gpokr players. So, as none of the mods that play more often in your time frame than me took action, it was again left to me to take the ‘dirty’ job and watch for evidence which I witnessed on several occasions throughout January. Your fellow cheater, who took the ban with decorum unlike yourself, was warned that cheating would lead to a ban, she came to your table, told you of the conversation then the two of you went to an empty table and passed chips between you. And so ….you were banned. Now your little vendetta began, you rant time & again making veiled accusations with no founding.

1. I run down Lynn… untrue the only founding you have for this is a conversation you claim to have seen where I discussed a Commendation given to someone that had previously been modded and caused a lot of trouble in the community. I am part of the community and entitled to have an opinion on that. This was also discussed with Lynn at the time so she was aware of my views on it herself.

2. I failed to mod someone that abused you (this was some 3 or more years ago)…..well little man who is so sensitive he cant cope with being called a name, as I told you at the time I wasnt watching the table, I was surfing another site because I wasnt in the hand. You beat the guy he called you a name, he left the room. (discovered from scrolling up the play and chat windows).

No worse a name by the way than you yourself have called people, so he calls you a name and leaves the room, no string of abuse, he called you it and left. All this happened and we were into another hand before I returned my attention to gpokr to find you ranting at me. The guy had left, not much to be done and in honesty not reason enough to ban because if that was the case half of gpokr would be muted! If you are so insulted by being called that name then perhaps you need to consider not calling others the same.

3. I bitch when I lose… I have admitted to this in the past, it is a failing, I do have bad days but so does half of gpokr, yourself included, and pretty much all I say for months if I lose is ‘of course’.

4. I am a bad role model (please note the correct spelling for future use)…. As pointed out to you by several other gpokr players I am not here to be any one’s role model, I am here to endeavour to help make gpokr a good place to play. A place without serial abusers, offensive avatars and CHEATING. A check of the advisor log reveals myself as the one most often on gpokr to have taken any necessary actions regarding abusive players, avatars or cheaters for the last 6 months!

5. Your latest accusation, funny how you add more when no-one appears to be listening or agreeing with your nonsense…. I did not mod a friend I caught cheating, you have proof in my own words….. Don’t be shy mr. petty getty, post it, let me see it and explain it with a sensible, just response instead of keeping on with your half-witted veiled accusations.

If you have proof, give it, and let me respond. Probably a joke we were making at your expense about them not cheating and don’t make me ban them but come on, show, let’s see what you have made up in your tiny mind.
