Ban people who exploit the refill bug

Can you please add a rule so that anyone who exploits the reload bug and refills more than once every 10 minutes gets banned.
It's really ruining the action on the lower tables. A few people who I won't name are exploiting it and making these tables even more unbearable than they normally are. |
