Me too. When did this outage happen? and what's going on? anyone know?

started late Monday night for me (eastern time), checked this morning before work, and now after work... same thing.

site is up and running .... if you are using firefox switch to internet explorer...I heard there was an issue last night w/ firefox

Recently I advised a player to take the following actions and it cleared his problem.

Clear your temporary internet files, cookies etc, via Tools, Internet Options.

Log Out

Close the Browser window

Wait 2 minutes

Reopen an internet window and try again.

ok, cleared firefox cache, didn't mess with cookies or anything else, logged out and waited. Was able to get back on via login with email address and password. Same thing happened on the wife's computer recently, but we struggle getting her password right... here we go again trying to get her back on.

because of the site crash I would recommend clearing cookies and cache also. probably the cache server that crashed that's why I recommend it. I know some players when they had this issue changed passwords and it helped them also. I am assuming you are using a pc and not mac. only other suggestion is to switch to google chrome. what internet provider are you using?

cleared cache and not cookies and was able to get back on gpokr with firefox. As I said, the only problem now is remembering the wife's password again.
