The last 5K I was in I had more chips than ZeNuts and a better hand, My A=J to his A-2. We were both all-in. We both got beat but I should have finished 3rd since a 2 didn't show. Cost me 26K. If that isn't a bunch of **** I don't know what is.

at 2:45 PM, Monday September 1, 2014 EDT Yes the placings in tourneys can be very unfair at times, isnt paid out by best hand or how many chips one has when they have all inned, it has something to do with position to dealer or bb, not sure which. Has always been that way lee.

at 4:29 PM, Monday September 1, 2014 EDT Who ranks the highest? Official Texas Hold-Em Rule
There are 7 players left in the tournament. Player 1, left of the dealer, goes all in, player 4 calls, player 6 raises all in (side pot), player 4 calls. Player 4 wins the hand and gets 2 kills. Player left of dealer shows ace high, player 6 shows lower but has put in more chips. Which players is ruled out first? Top six players are paid. Thanks, Tracie Answer: Hi Tracie, Thanks for your question. When more than one player is knocked out in the same hand the one with most chips going in to the hand place highest in the ranking. In this case that means that player 6 would get sixth place. Regards, Clark OK! Maddie. But it's quite unfair when it goes against the OFFICIAL TEXAS HOLD-EM RULES. A player who is familiar with Texas Hold-Em knows that it isn't fair when he knows he should have placed higher than the other player. It's inconsistencies like this that are irritating players and deciding to go elsewhere. |

at 12:20 AM, Tuesday September 2, 2014 EDT I dont know the rules, I just play the cards, call me a noob if you want. LOL But I have always thought it was unfair the payouts happen when more than one goes out at same time at payout level. Many times I have had less chips than others and made payout while the higher one didnt make payout or even they had a better hand than mine. But as I say always been that way.
