Problem getting on to gpokr

Hi im having problems accessing gpokr if i try to load in google chrome takes maybe 4 to 5 minutes to load site when i finally get on the site i can play 3 to 4 hands before it completely freezes this is the only site i have loading issues with this problem only started when i changed to windows 8.1 is there something i need to download to run this site thanks for any help in advance.

at 5:28 PM, Tuesday September 16, 2014 EDT kiwi have you checked to make sure chrome is up to date? Also I have found that updating java has made a bit of a difference as well. Worth a shot.

I have recommended them to change their password and it seems to resolve their issue. At the log in page, if you click on forgot password, it will prompt you to change password.
