I haven't had this problem yet. I have the issue of not seeing my cards face up for several days even weeks at a time (and then going spurts of 5-6 hands where I can see them) but it sits me out a lot when it lags.

Nat, your problem seems unique to you, and your comp, lots of ppl have had occasions where they can't see there cards, but refreshing solves this.
i know in your case it don't work as i have tried to help you at the tables, i don't know what to suggest, but maybe a comp geek who reads this can help.

LOL such a helpful red devil. But in Dianes case this is a thing going on a for a while months now. Just one little suggestion Di, make a new account and next time this happens try playing the different account. As it seems to be the same people having the same issues it maybe a glitch with that account that ryan cant find. Worth a try.
