Re: 'Ryan has fixed the chart issue', I respectfully disagree as I have asked for my own hand stat page to be fixed for 3 months, and fully trust each and every staff member informed is still aware of this, incl Ryan himself.

If you don't want to fix it, that's fine. Please then don't go on to make false/il informed claims about it. I know there have been other improvements with the lag though for the simple fact I actually have chips, but I have seen others with problems and I'll presume that was during some of your maintenance. Those dang (but awesome) replays obv need/now have cloud or somethin.

The issue we fixed rerazor was the member charts on stat page. I have looked at the overview page and mine is working fine, changes all the time. I will ask ryan to look at yours again

Thanks a lot guys, I probably won't bother with this myself anymore (hence the thread), but even a reply noting a time frame or if in fact it's a perma glitch (on this acct) would suffice. I'm very used to attracting glitches of all forms, systems and entities (u might have noticed) so it's no skin off me, I can handle the truth about it then let it go.

Gnice, yes I suspected I might be somewhat 'off track'? but I felt it still somewhat relevant (as u would probably agree) that I didn't have the charts (whether its a subscrp service or not) nor the standard overview page working itself. To be honest I'm so busy half my rantings need to be taken with a grain of salt anyway, for a while. I guess my gut just tells me it could be fixed since every other miracle glitch on my acct has been fixed. :)

the overview page is very hard for us to track...probably the best thing to do is pick a hand on your overview page, lets say KK.

We don't need to do that, the hands on that page haven't moved in 3 months. I'd bank its a display/cache glitch, on your end. Everything else works fine, even the rest of the info on that actual page.

The timeline was- in the beginning it displayed no hands, a month later u guys semi fixed it on request (to display hands), then it tracked them for about a day, then stopped.

I'll also may as well add, considering how much constructive (which will hopefully 1 day turn productive) work has actually taken place in 3 months here I'm not at all bitter about the delay, but I needed to also make a point that ignoring a customer which in turn took away yours/others playing and modding time was not the best way to deal with it/me. Sure, Ryan needs a laugh, we all do, but timing is the key, nobody knows that hard lesson more than me.
