at 9:00 AM, Thursday July 14, 2016 EDT This looks like the same person from the other day. Why don't you start banning IP's and Mac's instead of individual accounts (along with all accounts associated with the same IP/Mac of the past 30 days. Otherwise you will be doing this daily it seems.

The mods just have to keep checking and checking until this guy gives up. LOL i think I know who this is, not the first time, wont be the last time. But one thing the chips should be reset especially with this guy. (If I am correct)
