daily reprise Nov 1 at 5pm, took entry fee, but not in tournament. Refund please. thank you

at 10:06 AM, Wednesday November 2, 2016 EDT Do not know for sure, but this morning took entry fee of $10,000 for members tournament (NOv 2 at 10 AM) and no tournament. I know for certain I was not refunded the money for this morning (10,000). Cannot say for sure about the other, do not remember.
