Hi Ryan, first of all i want to tanks you for the nice site that you realised 11 year ago. This one for me is the 7th year i have the pleasure to use it and 6 years ago i decided to be a menmber. I had know a lot of nice ppl and with some one we was became friends. But recently the site frequently don't work well, this is possible in ever site, but what i don't understand is why the players must to be penalized by the malfunctions of the site and don't receive the refund because the refresh don't works. I had loose 30.000 chips this month, i send a lot of message on forum and also on your direct account on facebook, but any answer and any result. In the past wen someting like this happen we had quikly the refund, but now notthing. Is this the new style of Gpokr? If yes i don't like it. T y for your attention.

what ryan cant do is cancel your payment/ membership but he most defiantly can do refunds. |
