Why the name of tables doesnt changed?

Last month (december 2018) i finished top 10 and none of the tables this month has my name, why?

at 7:15 PM, Monday February 4, 2019 EST we switched server companies about 2 yrs ago, we lost the table names when we switched....will try to ask Ryan if there is anyway to get them back.
