Bids not being counted causing loss of hand

Placed bid of 750 chips, but was not acknowledged by the table instead it ran me out of time. I had pair kings and sevens, clearly the hand winners, instead I lost chips. This is not the first time this has happened, it only happens when I clearly have a winning hand. Sometimes the table hand tracking says â?? bid not confirmedâ?? Please review the hand. |

I've had this happen several times because of "lag"..... The way you can solve it SOMETIMES is right after you see any player "time out" (whether its the player just before you or not) simply type something in the message box....If you don't see what you've just typed, immediately "refresh" your screen and you're back in business. Doesn't happen all of the time but many times has saved me from forfeiting a good hand because of lag |
