Had some technical issues the past couple days primarily with tournaments. A couple fixes have been deployed and performance should be smooth again.
One particular change is a rate limiter on refreshes. If you refresh more than 10 times in a minute it will block you for a bit. So be careful with this one. |

For the refresh the rate limit only lasts 1 minute so that might be something else. |
