First of all thanks for bearing with this while performance has been rocky. Two significant lag/performance issues were permanently fixed last week. It doesnât mean there wonât be lag in the future but these fixes will make things a lot better.
I wanted as for any feedback on features/bug fixes for the site. The following are some ideas bouncing around. Feel free to add share your own. Problem: Refills are annoying. Waiting 10 minutes sucks and 1500 is not very much to refill with. Ideas: - Start the month with 5k. Refills continue at 1500 - Shorter time between refills: 5min? - Increase refill amount each week. 1500 -> 5k -> 10k -> 20k Problem: Too many table categories / tiers Ideas: - Show only the lower level tiers in the first week - Add a higher tier each week Problem: Unknown direction for teams Ideas: - Team ownership at the table. Shows team flag at the table when that team leads #hands played there. (Testing now). Are there other ideas for this? - VIP Sponsored team bounties. $5k for 100 hands escalating for each VIP member on a team (10k for 200 hands) etc. so when a member of the team reaches one of these milestones they get a chip bonus. The idea is to encourage playing hands and give the VIP members a way to contribute more to their team. Please share any feedback or ideas. Thanks! |

at 12:15 PM, Monday January 19, 2026 EST Thank you Ryan for asking for feedback. I think the biggest issue with Gpokr (besides the obvious issue with lags) is not enough action on the regular tables. The new bounties don't seem to be fixing the issue. I would think that eliminating tournaments (especially small ones like $5K and below) might be the only solution but I'm curious to hear what others think. I for one would rather see them replaced with more big tourneys like $25K. Thanks again for opening this up to suggestions.

at 11:13 AM, Tuesday January 20, 2026 EST As a regular real life poker player, I think your biggest issue is the RNG that incorporates the Dynamic Player Control Software that is installed within the site. I had heard other players mention this and had thought they were just sore losers, etc. But after some research and playing here myself, it is evident it exists on gpokr. Players are sick and tired of 24/7 suckouts by lesser hands. Please dont deny this exists, the evidence is plain as day. #1 on tournaments the "awayer" gets down to his last BB/SB and NO one can seem to beat that "awayer" for at least 3-4 hands. "the awayer" always wins no matter what on the first allin' #2- during showdowns- the river card takes 1.5-2.5 seconds to reveal (obvious rng searching)(suckout). the flop (3 cards) comes out in .2-.5 seconds. but a single card(river) 5x longer (searching).
Also read my post where my two pair KK 77 lost to QQ77. wow that was crazy I thought kk beats QQ Lets start with that buddy..... |

at 7:29 AM, Saturday January 24, 2026 EST 1 suggestion is adding rebuy option for tourny's, that will increase pots even when there are not a lot of players.
Also, maybe publishing some videos of nice hands or bad beats from gpokr on social media will attract good views and new users. Poker hands have good exposure on social media's and i think gpokr leaderboard is less relatable for "outsiders" |

- Shorter time between refills: 5min think this is a really good idea and could really help promote longer play periods per player |
