I think this would help eliminate any confusion to what the flag means. You flag, you're out. You accept that you can be attacked, but you can no longer unflag and attack anybody. This would alleviate a lot of arguments and hurt feelings. (And clear up space in the forums). Also, once you flag, you should no longer be able to collect dice. Again, you just have decided that the game is over for you and go on your merry way, leaving the rest of us to fight over your territories like wolves.
