I SOOOO AGREE! I too like to play with my 10 year old -- there's really no need for cursing or porn. They wouldn't allow it in the real casinos either!

I totally agree that the porn isn't appropriate. If I wanted to look at porn, I'd go to a porn site. I click it off. There are a lot of young kids that are here; they don't need to see that. Perhaps not allowing the animated pics might help with the very graphic ones. I've even had guys solicit me for "phone sex" at this site. He wasn't here to play poker but found enough graphics to get him going.

same thing... I have a five year old daughter.. sometimes she likes to watch me play and she is learning the hands, then someone sits down and a giant dick is walking down the street... Yeah I click it off... but it would be nice if there was a way to have them off completely...

One way that wouldn't be to hard is to let the community police it.

Allow users to flag something as offensive. This will create a sort of score for that user.

Then allow users a preference to always block flagged avatars.

Pretty simple... If you want to get complicated the flagged avatars could have a modified 'smiley' or a trench coat or something heh. And when you click on it you get the bouncing tits back...

I agree capslock, I hope to have a policing system in over the next couple months.

I am very VERY anti-censorship. But I value options even more.

I like cAPSLOCK's idea of the flagging system. This allows for porn (thus no censorship) and yet allows for people who do not like it to not have to look at it.

The click off is fantastic, and an even simpler idea is to make the click off a permanent "off" for that specific player's avatar.

But the flagging system is ok too. My only request is to always allow for those who are not so... sensitive to see all they wish to see.
