First off the odds of hitting a str8 flush are about 1-64000. I've been on here about 17 months & I've hit at least a dozen. If you count all my hands played I may have played 60 thousand so there goes that stat. The cards are dealt inaccurately & when you combine that with the people who call big preflop bets with crap hands & luck out that speaks for itself. So what you have here is a place to kill time. There is no poker here & never will be. If you want to play poker go to the money sights or casinos. I play sparingly because it more annoying than fun. I hope you all have a good time but please don't believe for a minute you're playing true Texas Hold'Em.

I would try to figure out the right probabilities but I'm not that good with numbers (and lazy). However you have to count the 2 spare cards which greatly increase a chance for getting a straight flush by river. Not to mention that if you already have suited connectors in hand the chance is even better. |

On normal tables there arent half the flush and str8's that come on gpokr. Its a nice place to spend or waste time but it got little to do with real poker. 2 pair is a very good hand. On gpokr you flop 2 pair..100% you lose to a str8. Again..nice place to waste time but for real poker u got to visit other sites. Think the medals is what keeping people here in the first place. And i dont even want to start about the obvious hot seats... |

When you play online, no matter if it is for money or not, you can play 30-45 hands an hour. So the hands come alot faster than they would at a real poker game.
That being said, you say you played 60,000 hands, that may make sense to you. But the odds aren't just for one person. its 1-640k for EVERYONE. You got 12 str8 flushes(and I doubt that), then 12 others DIDNT get them. I have played about 15-16 months, I have hit a str8 flush twice, maybe you hit mine a few times |

On gpokr you flop 2 pair..100% you lose to a str8. First off, 2 pair is NOT a good hand. The hand rankings are high card, a pair, 2 pair, trips and on and on. 2 pair is the 3rd worst hand to have. Second, 100% you lose to a straight, you are a moron. |

I really don't want to argue about the stats about the odds of hitting them it just tells me if I've had that many str8 flushes thenall the other big hands are in accurate also. It really comes down to personal preference. If you like it here then that's great butif you want a realistic game it's not the place to be. GL to you all.

(very entertaining). All I kept getting were responses like: "WTF!" "Ya gotta be kidding me!" and things of that nature. Is this poker? You decide for yourself. But take note that I'm all for entertainment, which is why I'm here.
