With the Holidays, I know that for myself less free time. So, I can imagine that other advisors are in the same position.

If you cannot find anyone, then as you once suggested, try the mute function. Although, there are loop holes. Hopefully, it will help somewhat. :)

Its not only over the holidays, Anna..
It seems on certain times advisors 'team up' whilst we are without on european Daytimes.
(remember it is night somewhere else in the world and them drunks get online to annoy ppl who just woke up)

And btw, im not applying to become an advisor, Im just asking for one or two to be here when the others are asleep XD.

(Although an european advisor with some language skills would be very nice: ppl not only curse and abuse in english on here... you all wont believe the crap thats been told in German and Dutch lol and ppl get away with it cos you dont understand..)

btw.. no holidays are on a site like this for the ppl who come to play, most of them even play during holidays!
24/7 there are ppl on from allover the globe.

And if an advisor cant come online due to whatever, he/she should find one who will be, there are loads of them.

Some lads and ladettes go mental when there are no advisors online..
(No one ever witnessed some sextalk on here between 0800-1100 europtime?)

I took it as this was a recent problem, therefore explaining that I haven't been on as much due to the holidays.

Advisors with Bilingual skills would be very helpful. For myself, I use a online translator. :) As for your comment of advisors that cannot come online...we do not get paid for this and it is a game site. No advisor can devote all of their time. Not saying that there shouldn't be an advisor in your time frame. Just wanted to let those ppl know that they do have an option of muting....yes, as stated loop holes. But, it is something.

I understand but there are 13 of them and most of the time theyre on together.

also, advisors should be in to support ppl who are new here, now i see us players doing that cos we cant send them to advisors (i prefer Costumer service) cos they are simply not online..

No need to mention that other players get frustrated cos the newbee's are n00bs..
et VOILA!!! Shit is on again.

and obviously the online translator doesnt work.. slang cursing words and all simply doesnt get translated.

the wee hours r awful for abusive chat ect. There have been MANY MANY times i wished someone were on, And I enjoy losing to my European friends as much as the Yanks. Any Euro canidates ?
