I would like to see advisors in the morning from 06:00 til 14:00 (europe time)
Last weeks (!) no advisors been on at these times whilst the site is full of them 'drunken/intoxicated poker professionals'... |

However if players have a problem with abusive or rude chat they can always copy paste it into the forum with the offender's exact username for an Advisor to deal with later on.

Copy past the abusive chat and put it on a forum? You mean the chatlogs you can change/adjust yourself? or leave things out? Ive seen you blocking ppl, Lei , for YOUR friends.. and the chatlogs werent even that abusive.. I even saw a log in which some parts were just cut out so the one who had put it on forum didnt look that bad. also I dont think the forum is the right place for this.. Ppl with intentions to play here and become a member read the forum and it scares them.. besides that nobody wants to be a 'matenaaier' or nsb'er (online translate this! its dutch XD) When something bad happens we should be able to call an advisor and he/she should get his/hers rear in the room and see for themself.. |
