I don't see the point of this Rule.

8 people are associated with this IP. We may play in the office, or from a hotel room via their network or our own, or from our homes.

We have a number of "communal" accounts :- anyone plays them.You can't know who is playing..for example,this account has the same avatar as Coolchick, but I'm not her.

Obviously we can't play on the same table, whilst on the same IP, but we play eachother regularly.This drives Observantplayer wild, and I'm surprised no real advisor hasn't questionned it.

Point being, I doubt we're the only family/workgroup on here. This purports to be a social site. We're social. We have fun.

I'm cool with the porn/hate crackdown, but I think advisors leave themselves open to bias accusations if they stray beyond that.

I'm sure Lei will apologise if she has made an error of judgement.

Not everyone with a similar name is guilty of a cyber crime (lol) and mods can't check IP addresses.

Ryan's new rule: Do not play two accounts at once. However it may be interpreted or the fairness of it judged, it must be followed.

I saw two accounts with similar names, similar avatars and similar speech playing at different tables at the same time. And other players came and reported this person to me. So therefore I did what any reasonable person would've done and judged them to be the same person. However because no one can be 100% sure of these things, I gave him a warning, instead of a ban (which would have been overzealous). I did what I thought was fair at the time, and I will not apologise for that. Even if the player in question was not playing two accounts at once, he should've realised that they were similar enough that people would think he was.

I agree, Lei did the right thing and gave that player a warning. The RULES state

1. Transferring money between accounts is not allowed
2. Play only one account at a time
3. Loaning money is not allowed

AND revexation/xelex if you dont like it or have nothing but negative things to say about this site then LEAVE. You constantly bash advisors decisions everytime someone complains about it on the forum. All they are trying to do is make this a better site for Ryan THE OWNER who chose those people. Lei is doing a good job and is making it fair for all players; thanks Lei xxx. Again, if you dont like it leave....im sure no one will be sad to see you go considering your useless responses.

What you other users need to realise is that the Advisors are chosen because they are widely accepted to be fair, honest and decent people that the majority of users here hold in great esteem.

I for one think Lei is a delightful person whom I sincerely believe to be genuinely honest and decent......she will only do what she thinks is just and right. I have full faith in her judgement and adjudicative decisions.

The advisors do this purely for you the user to have a better time when using the site, and i for one would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Lei and the other Advisors who benevolently give their time and effort to the cause.
