at 12:11 PM, Thursday October 15, 2009 EDT There are always lots of complainers, but I suppose that is why we have a forum. The only solution I see (since incessant bitching and moaning accomplishes nothing) is to extend the refill time to hours instead of minutes. Yes, this will reduce traffic and ad revenue (uh oh !!) but it will improve play to the level of a tournament. Any support for this?

Many of the better players have left this site and I'm sure that the remaining handful of decent players will eventually leave as well since they can't improve their game playing at a sub-stardard level all the time.
