Have single table tournaments. Everyone who would wanna play has to pay, say, $500 and the winner would get $300, 2nd would get $1500, and 3rd would get $500. Of course, have tables with different buy-in costs. This is just an example.

Table Criteria
at the bigger tables there has to be a minimum buy in thats more than 1500, so people cant go all in with less than the BB, thats just ridicules...
