Im not sure for all of you who live outside the USa, but in America and for business's who operate within the parameters of the USA....The first amendment entitles everyone to free speech! With that being clearly stated within our constitution, No one has the right to take away anyone in the USA's freedom of speech,(which includes offering the ability to speak freely and then appointing mods the ability of plenary power to mute them) So by muting people you are violating their rights and subjecting yourself to civil action in a court of law up to but limited to class action law suits. Now you are gonna say that would never hold up or be affirmed by a judge, and I agree. However it would assure you as individuals having to retain counsel and come out of pocket for a federal case. Your welcome. Please feel free to comment with unfounded opinions and such Yours truly, Kenny Fucking Powers

Gpokr community isnt in the USA and is worldwide and if someones right to speak steps over that line (abbusive language, and racist comments) then a muting they should get. :o)

presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn't fit in with the core belief.” |

Incidentally, American law and constitutions only apply in America.....regardless of what the Bush family may evangelize |

I actually do encourage several people to mute me hehe... such as aamike or 21Jump :P |

at 10:47 PM, Friday August 16, 2013 EDT When speaking about freedom of speech- you are correct. You have the right to speak. You do Not have a right to a forum for that free speech. No business owner (or website owner) is obligated to publish your thoughts or opinions or mindless rants. This includes allowing you to use the chat feature while playing GPokr. It is a privilege, not a right. Hope that gives you a little more...insight.
